    Following the inherited state and problems that currently follow business/management and entrepreneurship education, a whole and detailed conception of the Program and especially its implementation must be performed through technical assistance and partnership with international institutions and organizations.     An implementation of such complex Program of Business Education advancement seeks not only for elaboration and planning of activities, but also necessary planning of financial sources, which represent certainly one of the limiting factors, but which can be overcome with qualitative and inventive programs. Such programs can provoke the interests of financial resources. Among priority financing resources are:

For attracting as many financing resources, the projects must be well prepared with concrete, practical and well-defined objectives associated with anticipated results and the way of evaluation of these results. Each objective must be associated with activities that make possible realization and each activity with necessary costs for its realization. Indispensable principles for compiling and realizing of project budgets must be: rationality, possibility of monitoring and full transparence.
