I received and have read your mail - and will consider it tonight.
By my view it is wrong to struggle by violence for 'human rights' and violating by this the own and other rights of human.
I want to support the people living in Macedonia to develop a civilian society with equal rights to all - as I try to help to Kosov@.
By violence you can - perhaps ? - suppress a mind - for a while.
To change one's mind the ONLY way is to learn information and to think about on one's own.
As you experienced: the only effect of gunning one another is in the end a destroyed and poor country with more hate and violence as was before.

LAST NOTICE

Ladies and Gentlemen; The Starting Group for the Albanian Territorial Defense Committee on April 21st of this year through the Memorandum warned you and asked that you take the necessary steps to apply pressure over the neo-fascist government of Shkup, in order to stop the violence and oppression applied over the unarmed Albanian Population. Evidently you have not taken seriously all that which we had written in the Memorandum . Consequently today we are addressing you through this LAST NOTICE as follows: In the Memorandum we told you that ; "You and the neo-fascist government  of Shkup  are gravely mistaken when you declare that you have halted our just war and that you have extinguished it... Now as never before , our Guerrilla Units are being consolidated and organized so rapidly and well, and they are being supported  by our people, so that in a matter of weeks you will be surprised by our guerilla actions , in whose wake the entire Albanian People from Kumanovë to Manastir as a united body are going to rise in general insurrection". Consequently, It came to pass that two of our guerilla Units of the Special Forces of the Albanian National Army (short AKSH -NAA), were on their way to an important duty. On their way they were confronted with the forces of the neo-fascist Macedonian Military Police who where wounded and killed  street-dogs, however their bodies where not desecrated like those criminals desecrated the bodies of the two Albanians in the middle of Tetovë. You, International Gentlemen, not only failed to at least publicly condemn these acts but on the contrary, you continue to offer political, economic and military support to the neo-fascist government of Shkup. Furthermore you also continue to attach various denigrating epithets to our freedom fighters when it is well known that by the Albanian fighters there has not been committed a single murder of the civilian population; on the contrary there have only been killed and wounded Macedonian Uniformed Militants and police. The Macedonian Soldiers and Police on the Other hand, being unable to wage war on the Albanian fighters, attack and terrorize with impunity the unarmed Albanian civilians, as is the case in the villages of Porroj, of Tetovë as well as the villages of Sharr, Pollog, Shkup, Kumanovë, Dibër etc. After the unilateral armistice declared by the Political Leadership and the General Headquarters of the Albanian National Army. On the other hand in Luxembourg you demanded by the neo-fascists of Shkup that they “give” to the Albanians “three breadcrumb”  “worth of rights.”

1. The Private university of the famous Shtul, who for the Albanians represents a two-edged knife. The objective of this act is clear. To extinguish the Popular University of Tetovë, which for years has been self-financed by the Albanians and Upgraded to the level of recognized International Universities. Why honourable International Gentlemen do the Macedonians have the right to have two state universities, one in Shkup, and one in Manastir, while the Albanians do not have the right to have a single University, as it is very well known that the national budget of Macedonia has been for years and still being contributed to this day by the Albanians.

2. That the third state channel belongs to "minorities" as you continue to call the Albanian People under "Macedonia" and forget the fact , as you very well know, that if there is to be a registration undertaken by you it will result that our people consists of over one Million inhabitants, and will result that we are a people of majority in this artificial creation called Macedonia. We know that this television channel is going to broadcast in Albanian, but it is going to broadcast the propaganda of the neo-fascist slavo- Macedonians of Shkup.

As far as the communes being given a little bit more "self-governing", you forget that the Albanians in these territories and in the entire Albanian territories under ex-Yugoslavia have had a bad experience with the "titoist self-governing". So that now they no longer want to even hear this phrase. On the other hand we will no longer accept that our occupators betray and lie to us as they have lied to us in the bitter past. We don't want that somebody give us a few crumbs of rights, because later they can be taken away. As they were taken away from us at the beginning of the 1990's. We want to win our rights with sweat and blood so that later we appreciate their worth and defend them against whomever tries to take them away from us.

We also remind you, at the end of the Memorandum we told you: " Beware, be very weary this time, because our war in "Macedonia" is dangerous even for you, that is why we are addressing you with this Memorandum. And if you will not take preliminary measures, then the responsibility of all that which can happen in the Balkans in Europe and in the World is going to fall on you, Honourable International Gentlemen". Also Honourable International Gentlemen, we are very serious by all that which we have said in the Memorandum of April 11th as well in this Last Notice. As generally stated in the Memorandum as well as in this Last Notice we demand from you the following:

1. Do not support politically, economically, and militarily, stop all help and apply pressure upon the destabilizators of the Balkans, the neo-fascist criminals of Shkup, who the sooner accept that the Albanian People under "Macedonia" will start to built the institutions of the Republic of Ilirida, which we have proclaimed through the general referendum held for political and territorial Autonomy; because this time we have decided either to win our most basic national rights, as is the right to self-determination of the peoples, universally guaranteed by all your conventions, or we will all die trying. And when we tell you thus we are expressing the thoughts of every Albanian in whose veins flows Albanian blood. The Albanians in these territories are overjoyed, as are all the Albanians in the globe for the heroic Acts of the Fighters of NAA. Do not listen to the Albanian Politicians who in order to save their posts proclaim against the will and desire of the Albanian People. They have thrown themselves head and toes in the service of the neo-fascist occupators of Shkup. They have betrayed the electorate in these territories. We say this because you too know very well that these have seated themselves in the chairs of the Macedonian government and parliament while promising to the people the realization of their demands which through the communiqué Nr.6 has publicly displayed also the General Headquarters of the National Liberation Army (NLA).

3. Do not condemn the military actions of the Albanian Guerrillas. Halt all pursuit and name-calling, and release from your prisons in Kosovë all the  Albanian fighters; because you are committing grave errors Honourable International Gentlemen. By pursuits arrests and incarcerations you will achieve nothing. Remember clearly the actions of the occupators from Belgrade, who with the same methods that you yourselves are now using not only did not extinguish the volcano that was boiling in the 1980's in Kosovë but on the contrary they accelerated it's eruption, which you are now trying to extinguish. With the pursuits , arrests incarcerations and all the help that you are currently giving the neo-fascists of Shkup you are losing the credibility and sympathy of the Albanian people towards you Honorable International Gentlemen.
