Serbian Church and Serbian people report new victims today. Dejan Nicic was killed in Kosovo Polje on Sunday, August 8. The Albanians hit Dejan with sticks, cast stones at him, and thus killed him. Priest Radivoje Panic has buried his corpse today, on August 12.

Priests Miroslav Popadic and Zivko Kojic have visited Obilic today. One Serbian woman from Obilic, Milica Ivanisevic has complained to them saying that the Albanian boys maltreated her in her house, yesterday, on August 11, after which she went to KFOR to complain. KFOR came with a translator, an Albanian. Milica stated her trouble to KFOR. But, after KFOR and the translator had left her apartment, a little while later, the Albanian translator returned to Milica Ivanisevic’s apartment and beat her. Milica is covered with bruises and her whole body has been swollen. She mustered up her courage to go again to KFOR office to complain, but when she returned home, she found her house plundered. She is now living in a hut, since she fears to enter her apartmant.

Priests Miroslav Popadic and Zivko Kojic have visted in Obilic 5 young Serbs who were wounded in front of a cafe, a couple of days ago, when the Albanians attacked them. The priests have visited them in their houses. One of the wounded, whose legs are full of shell particles, cannot walk still.

Milan Maksimovic, who was fatally wounded in Gnjilane, passed away at the Military Medical Academy.

The body of the Serb Milorad Peric from Gnjilane, who was killed on July 26, has been found after a long period of time. Milorad Peric’s corpse is in a hospital in Skopje; the doctors in that hospital require from his family 2500 DM for the services rendered.

The house of Mirko Momcilovic, who was arrested a month ago together with his sons by KFOR soldiers, for the reasons known only to them, has been set on fire this morning in Gnjilane.

On Wednesday, August 11, the Albanians plundered 5 Serbian houses and apartments. Last night in Pristina, KFOR patrol found a beaten Serbian woman, and transported her to a field hospital in Kosovo Polje.
