Church-National Board in Gnjilane has informed Pravoslavlje Press through amateur radio operators that three more corpses were given to the families of the massacred Serbs from the mass grave near Ugljare village. The relatives have identified the members of their family by photographs and wardrobe. Those are the corpses of Slobodan Marinkovic and Slobodan Stevic from Klokot village (their burial is planned for September 12), and of Stojan Vekic from Vitina (his burial has been performed today). These Serbs were kidnapped in Donji Livoc near Gnjilane on July 4, when returning (they were expelled) on two tractors to their homes. They disappeared together with their vehicles and things - they ended in the mass grave in Ugljare village. Meanwhile, some Albanian cheated Milan Marinkovic, the father of the kidnapped Serb Slobodan, taking from him DM 5000 and a flock of 30 sheep in exchange for the certain rescue of his son from the Albanian imprisonment - the distressed father easily accepted everything only to save his son.
The Albanian criminals from Vlastica village have attacked this morning the Serbian village Pasjane, launching at it 14 grenades of the calibre 82 mm. Fortunately, although a great material damage has been caused, there has been no victims.
These were just some examples of the Albanian crimes - the thorough enumeration would take much time.
Twenty-two-year-old Serbian woman Dragana Gligorijevic was detained in Pristina together with her three-year-old son - there are some indications that the criminals keep her in a cafe in Stankovac village near Gostivar. It is obvious that they abuse her.
The Albanians arrested two Serbs in Prizren yesterday. Two houses were set on flames, a Serbian one and a Romany one.
Today, the Serbs in Zupce village near Kosovska Mitrovica have blocked the highway Zubin Potok - Kosovska Mitrovica as a sign of protest because of the Albanian attack on their village.
Belgrade Events
In the building of the Serbian Patriarchate in Belgrade, the extraordinary session of the Holy Synod of Bishops of the Serbian Orthodox Church will start on September 13. All bishops of the Serbian Orthodox Church from the homeland and diaspora have given notice of their arrival. The Invocation of the Holy Spirit will be performed in the Patriarchate Chapel of Venerable Simeon the Myrrhflowing at 9:00.
