in Germany. His wife also reported to the police station according to the

given, but she was only threatened. The Council has a copy of the summon

imprisoned
for one week in Ragensburg, Germany and was afterwards transferred to

airport of Prishtina, the Serbian police interrogated him and his three
co-
travellers
and Bajram was seized his IND. He was given back the IND after one
month.

by the police. Then, he was forced to get into a taxi and go back to Shkup

to
the border-crossing police, he was able to enter Kosova and continue his
journey

1997. The German police came to his flat on October 30, 1997 and told him
that he
must
be sent back to Kosova. Bedri claims that he had the permit to stay until
December
3, 1997. His wife Havushe Hoxha and his daughter Miranda Hoxha
remained
in Germany (Rosenheim). Bedri was summoned to the police station on
November
18, 1997. When he reported he was interrogated by a Serbian police
officer
who threatened him to leave Kosova.

he is an asylum-seeker for two years was prevented to enter Kosova. He
was
kept
at the Prishtina Airport for one night and was sent back to Dusseldorf,

was sent back from Germany in a very unjust way. The German police
went
to his flat on November 10, 1997 at aboit 3.30 a.m. He was given two hours

get
ready and he was not allowed to contact his lawyer. He was sent to another
place
where
he and many other Albanians were kept for 24 hours and than they were sent
to
the airport of Sttutgart. On his arrival at the Prishtina Airport he was
give a letter to
go
to the police station to get his documents (IND and others), but Mr. Graiçevci
is
fearing
to go and face the Serbian police.

were summoned to report to the police station in Peja on 27.05.1997. When
they
reported on this date they were ordered to report again on 29.05.1997 and
were
interrogated
for few hours. They were released in order to report again on 02.06.1997
at
10.00. When they reported, both were interrogated, physically and psychically
ill-
treated,
threatened and insulted in national basis.
