        summoned to the police station, passport department on October 30, 1997. He was
        interrogated about his stay in Germany and about his brothers, former-policemen and
        was physically ill-treated;
  66. AFRIM MEHMET OLLURI,
        from Krojmirovc village of Lipjan, repatriated on April 22, 1997, was seized his
        passport at the airport of Belgrade;
  67. BEDRI RAMAJ,
        from Terdec village of Gllogoc, repatriated on April 2, 1997, was summoned to the
        local police station in Gllogoc. Bedri did not report at the expected date and few days
        after he left his home. His family does not know his whereabouts. Bedri's wife and his
        five (5) children remained in Germany;
  68. FATMIR ALI DRAGIDELLA (1969),
        from Gremnik village of Klina, repatriated on 14.05.1997 from Frankfurt to Belgrade,
        was interrogated by the Serbian police on his arrival at the airport of Belgrade. He
        was also given a summon to report to the local police station of Peja. When he
        reported, he was physically and psychically ill-treated and was asked about his
        meetings in Germany. His wife also reported to the police station according to the
        summon given, but she was only threatened. The Council has a copy of the summon
        and a certificate on the seizure of passport;
  69. KADRI FETI SALIHI (1963),
        from Berivojca village of Kamenica, repatriated on 12. 06.1997, was first kept
        imprisoned for one week in Ragensburg, Germany and was afterwards transferred to
        the airport of Munich and then to the airport of Belgrade. On his arrival in Belgrade, he
        was given a summon to report to the local police station of Gjilan;
  70. AZEM DEMIR HAXHAJ (1949),
        from Grejkoc village of Suhareka, repatriated from Switzerland on 01.05.1997. He
        was arrested by the police in Subotica. The cause is not known. Since his arrest, his
        family is not informed on his whereabouts;
  71. ADEM JETULLAH ADEMI (1965),
        from Vinarc i Epërm village of Mitrovica, repatriated on 03.04.1997, his wife Ferdane
        and his three (3) children remained in Munich, Germany. He was handcuffed by the
        police in Germany and was then sent to Belgrade at about 8.00 p.m. He was
        plundered by the police at the airport in Belgrade;
  72. BAJRAM SADIK PIREVA (1974),
        from Prishtina, repatriated from Germany on 16.04.1997 from Germany where he
        was kept imprisoned for 6 days. On his arrival, the police at the airport of Belgrade
        confiscated his wallet with 250DM. According to his statement, when he arrived in
        Sllatina airport of Prishtina, the Serbian police interrogated him and his three co-
        travellers and Bajram was seized his IND. He was given back the IND after one
        month.
  73. HAJRIZ PREBREZA (1958)
        from Bellaqevc i Madh village of Fushë Kosova, violently repatriated on may 28, 1997
        from Dusserdorf to Belgrade. His passport was seized and he was given a certificate
        instead to return home.
  74. BAKI ABDULLAHU (1967),
        from Zhegra village of Gjilan, repatriated on April 30, 1997 from Sttutgart where he
        was previously kept for one day at the police station. His wife Halide (1973) and his
        children Granit (1992) and Gentian (1995) remained in Germany.
  75. GANI KRASNIQI (1958),
        from Gjilan, living at "7 Korriku" str. no.22, repatriated on August 17, 1996, was kept
        and interrogated by the Serbian police at the airport of Belgrade until August 19,
       1996.
  76. LUFTON ALI DIZDARI (1976),
        from Kosuriq village of Peja, student, repatriated on March 18, 1997 and interrogated
        at the airport of Belgrade. On April 22, 1997 was ordered to report to the Security
        Center in Peja from where he was sent to the  passport departement and was
        interrogated by one of the police inspectors about his stay and his activity in
        Germany. He was insulted on national basis, physically ill-treated and threatened to
        be summoned again.

        from Strellc village of Deçan, repatriated on April 11, 1997, was arrested at the airport
        of Belgrade.

        from Pacaj village of Gjakova, repatriated on March 4, 1997. He was interrogated for
        three hours at the airport of Belgrade and his passport was seized. He was
        summoned to report to the police station and was threatened to flee Kosova and go
        to Albania.
  97. BASHKIM BEQIR HYSENAJ (1964)
        from Shtime, repatriated on April 30, 1997. His family remained in Germany.
  98. NIJAZI ZENEL BERISHA (1977),
        from Mirosala village of Ferizaj, repatriated on June 10, 1997 together with other 140
        Albanians. He was physically ill-treated on his arrival at the Belgrade airport, his
        passport was seized and the Serbian police seized 160 DM from him. He also
        handed in the medical certificate.
  99. BEQIR FEIM SPAHIU (1974)
        from Opterusha village of Rahovec, repatriated on August 23, 1997. He was stopped
        at the airport of Prishtina. His father Feim met Beqir that day at about 3.00 p.m. and
        since then no one was informed on his whereabouts. His family has no information
        whether he was immprisoned or sent back to Germany.
100. MUHAMET KEROLLI (1954)
        from Polac village of Skenderaj, repatriated on July 30, 1997 with his wife and three
        children. They were interrogated in Belgrade and their travel documents were seized.
101. GëZIM OSMANAJ (1971)
        from Izbica village of Skenderaj, repatriated from Germany on July 5, 1997. He was
        searched by the police on July 24, 1997 and, as he was not at home he was left a
        summon to report to the police station immediately on his arrival. The police also
        searched his brother Besim, who is still in Germany as an asylum-seeker.
102. XHEMë FERIZ BERISHA (1958)
        engineer from Kpuz village of Klina, in Germany since 1993. Left Germany on July
        26, 1997. Xhema was stopped in Hani i Elezit where he was interrogated and
        provoked by the police. Then, he was forced to get into a taxi and go back to Shkup
        (Skopje) from where he came back again in Hani i Elezit. Only after he paid 200 DM
        to the border-crossing police, he was able to enter Kosova and continue his journey
        home.
103. IMER LIMAN HOXHA
        farmer from plluzhina village of Skenderaj, repatriated on March 18, 1997. At the
        Belgrade airport he was interrogated for four hours than continued his journey to
        Prishtina by bus. After his arrival, he was summoned for "informative talks" at the
        police station in Mitrovica. He was released with an order to report again.
104. RAGIP ADEM MALAJ (1976),
        student from Rezalla village of Skenderaj, repatriated on March 12, 1997. He was
        provoked at the Belgrade airport.
105. BISLIM HAJRIZ NEBIHU (1952)
        from Vojnik village of Skenderaj, repatriated on June 18, 1997 with his wife and three
        children.
106. MUHAMET KRASNIQI (1969),
        agricultural technician from Granasella village of Gllogoc, repatriated on July 27,
        1997. On his arrival at Prishtina airport, he was given a summon to report to the local
        police station of Gllogoc on September 1, 1997. After reporting for three days at the
        police station, he was interrogated on September 4, 1997 and was ordered to report
        again on September 8, 1997. He was then physically ill-treated. Due to ill-treatment,
        Muhamet suffered severe injuries. He was released in order to report again on
        September 11, 1997.

        from Prishtina, living at "Xhemajl Ibishi" no 101. repatriated on August 20, 1997.
108. DARDAN NIMAN BëRDYNAJ (1974)
        from Novosella village of Peja, repatriated on September 10, 1997. He was
        previously informed on his repatriation, respectively on July 4, 1997. On his arrival at
        Prishtina airport, he was given a summon to report to the police station.

        from Jabllanica village of Peja, in Germany since October 1992, repatriated on
        September 11, 1997. His wife remained in Germany.

        summoned to the police station on August 21.

        from Randobrava village of Prizren, repatriated on June 3, 1997 to Belgrade airport.
        His passport was seized and 400 DM were confiscated from him. He was
        interrogated at the airport and then released with an order to report again at the
        security center in Prizren.

        since 1992. The next day, On September 27, 1997, he was searched by the Serbian

        from Sallagrazhda village of Suhareka, repatriated from Germany. Summoned to the
        local police of Suhareka and Prizren for "informative talks". He again fled Kosova
        from the fear of further repression by the police and is now, presently in Germany.

        searched by the police after his escape. Statement given at CDHRF on November

        Albanian asylum-seekers. they were prevented to enter Prishtina airport and were
        sent to Belgrade airport where they were given summons to report to the local police
        station of Mitrovica on October 27, 1997. His family members remained in Germany.

128. NAIM BINAK TAHIRAJ (1978)
        from Strellci i Epërm village of Deçan, repatriated from Germany on November 19,
        1997. His personal documents were seized at the airport of Sllatina, Prishtina and he
        was given a summon to report to the local police station of Gjakova on December 18,
        1997. On December 18, 1997 he reported to the police station of Gjakova at 12.00
        and he was interrogated by some police officers in the room no. 112. No further
        information available.
129. BEDRI HOXHA (1964),
        from Gllavica village of Shtimje, repatriated from Frankfurt (Germany) on November
        3, 1997. The German police came to his flat on October 30, 1997 and told him that he
        must be sent back to Kosova. Bedri claims that he had the permit to stay until
        December 3, 1997. His wife Havushe Hoxha and his daughter Miranda Hoxha
        remained in Germany (Rosenheim). Bedri was summoned to the police station on
        November 18, 1997. When he reported he was interrogated by a Serbian police
        officer who threatened him to leave Kosova.
130. LUAN TAFOLLI
        from Sopija village of Suhareka, repatriated from Germany on December 6, 1997
        where he is an asylum-seeker for two years was prevented to enter Kosova. He was
        kept at the Prishtina Airport for one night and was sent back to Dusseldorf, Germany
        the next day. The statement was given by his father Mustafë Tafolli (1952).

        from Bllaca village of Suhareka, repatriated from Germany on October 28, 1997.
        Stayed in Germany since 1995. After arriving at the airport of Prishtina, he was
        summoned to the local police station of Suhareka on December 9, 1997. At the police
        station he was interrogated about his stay in Germany, the people he met and was
        ordered to go back to Germany. He was very badly beaten up with rubber stick.
132. AVDI (HALIM) GRAIÇEVCI (1965),
        from Hade village of Obiliq, repatriated from Germany on November 11, 1997. Mr. A.
        Graiçevci was sent back from Germany in a very unjust way. The German police
        went to his flat on November 10, 1997 at aboit 3.30 a.m. He was given two hours to
        get ready and he was not allowed to contact his lawyer. He was sent to another place
        where he and many other Albanians were kept for 24 hours and than they were sent
        to the airport of Sttutgart. On his arrival at the Prishtina Airport he was give a letter to
        go to the police station to get his documents (IND and others), but Mr. Graiçevci is
        fearing to go and face the Serbian police.

        German police came to his flat at about 7.00 a.m. and he was sent to the airport of
        Dyseldorf. He arrived in Prishtina Airport at about 18.30. No problems faced.

        1997. He and his family were arrested by the German police at about 2.30 am, and
        were sent to the Airport of Frankfurt from where they landed in Belgrade. At the
        airport of Belgrade they were interrogated and were told to take the train to Klina.
        They were summoned to report to the police station in Peja on 27.05.1997. When
        they reported on this date they were ordered to report again on 29.05.1997 and were
        interrogated for few hours. They were released in order to report again on 02.06.1997
        at 10.00. When they reported, both were interrogated, physically and psychically ill-
        treated, threatened and insulted in national basis.

        1997. Arrested by the police in Germany on June 5, 1997 and kept for one week
        under detention. Repatriated from the Airport of Munchen. Summoned to report to the
        local police station of Kamenica on July 22, 1997.
